This placeholder describes how HalalNative ("we", "us") handles information when you use our platform. It is a working draft — a final version reviewed by counsel will replace it before HalalNative exits beta. If you have questions about your data in the meantime, email privacy@halalnative.com.
What we collect
Account data. Email, password (hashed), name, phone, and the restaurant details you enter during merchant onboarding. We never store your card numbers — Stripe holds those.
Usage data. Anonymized page views, clicks, and feature usage so we can improve the product.
Order and subscription data. Meals, delivery addresses, fulfillment schedules, order status, and receipts — the information required to run a subscription program.
How we use it
To operate the service: charge cards, dispatch orders, notify you about your subscription, and surface analytics to merchants about their own customers. We do not sell data.
Who we share it with
Service providers we need to run the platform: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), Sentry (error monitoring), Upstash/Redis (caching, rate limits). Each is contractually bound to confidentiality. We also share with law enforcement when required by lawful process.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account at any time. Email privacy@halalnative.com with the request.
